We are currently looking to hire a full-time Entry Level Fabrication Laborer.
Work Region:
- Braddock, PA, shop
Compensation:
- Base Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Non-union, non-prevailing wages. Pay periods are weekly. Direct deposit is available.
- Schedule: Standard shop schedule is 4/10’s 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays (off Fridays – Sundays).
- Overtime: Yes, available but subject to availability and shop workload.

Responsibilities:
- Assist welders, fitters and fabricators with daily tasks in the shop or field.
- Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, cutting and organizing components for fabrication.
- Operate basic tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, drills and hand tools safely.
- Load and unload materials, parts and equipment as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety policies.
- Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, moving material or assisting in layout setup.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to overall team productivity.
- Willing to drive to make material deliveries.
Qualifications: Employees must…
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be willing to authorize a background check.
- Have no criminal convictions for dishonesty, sexual misconduct, violence, or acts of terrorism.
- Have valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
- Be willing to authorize motor vehicle driving record checks.
- Be willing to submit to pre-hire, random, and post-incident drug and alcohol testing.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good attendance and show up to work on time every day.
- Have strong basic math and measuring skills.
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Be able to pass welding tests for stick and flux core.
- Have an eye for quality and strong attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and eager to learn and improve.
